Unemployment is meant to be a temporary safety net while searching for work, but all too often it penalizes seasonal workers. Unemployment insurance reform ties the duration of benefits to the current unemployment rate, ensuring that trust funds remain solvent, and all job seekers are treated fairly, regardless of past work experience.

This 45-minute webinar will take place on ThursdayFebruary 24, at 12 PM AKST/4 PM EST, with distinguished panelists Arthur Orr, Alabama State Senator, and Sam Adolphsen, Policy Director at the Foundation for Government Accountability, who both have significant experience in unemployment insurance indexing.
