Improve Care Coordination for Dual-Eligibles

Establish a Federal Coordinated Health Care Office within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to more effectively integrate benefits and improve coordination between state and federal governments for individuals eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. Effective March 1, 2010.
